Once your cancellation notice has been received, we will issue a refund within 14 days, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any surcharges for express or premium delivery).
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed, and no administrative fee will be charged.
You must return the goods within 14 days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal.
The return will be considered timely if the goods are shipped before the end of this period.
Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.
Unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
personalized or custom-made goods
sealed items not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection once opened
perishable goods or items with a short shelf life
audio, video, or software products once unsealed
newspapers, magazines, or periodicals
Returned items must be unused and undamaged, including original packaging, accessories, labels, and seals.
If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, or proper functioning, we may apply a partial refund to reflect reduced value.
Please ensure that returned goods are packaged securely to prevent damage during transport.
You are responsible for any loss in value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to verify their condition and functionality.
